User has invoices in approval queue, but doesn't receive e-mail notifications.
- Check your spam folder from email client.
- Check from your D365 admin that you have a correct email address added behind of your user account in D365 under user options.
- Ask your IT department to check firewall settings and email server settings.
- If these earlier steps didn't resolve the problem, send a ticket to support@dooap.com and add the following information to it

- User who's not receiving e-mail notifications
- Correct e-mail address of affected user.
- Have these users earlier received e-mail notifications?
