Approver Not Receiving Email Notifications

User has invoices in the approval queue, why the user doesn't receive email notifications?

There are multiple possible reasons why the email notifications of invoices waiting for the user's approval are not coming through. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. Check your spam folder from email client.
  2. Check from your D365 Admin that you have a correct email address added to your user account in D365 under user options.
  3. Ask your IT department to check firewall settings and email server settings.
  4. If these steps didn't resolve the problem, the Dooap Key User should send a ticket to support@dooap.com and add the following information to it:
      1. Which user is not receiving email notifications.
      2. What is the correct email address of affected user.
      3. Is this a new issue or has the user never received the notifications.
