Please review the following points: 

  • Special characters: Ensure that there are no special characters in the invoice header or coding line fields, as these may cause issues.

  • Invoice header fields: Double-check all values in the invoice header.

    • Incorrect or missing information, such a currency which is not correctly selected from the drop-down menu, could trigger the "Something went wrong" error message.

  • Contact support if the issue persists: If steps 1 and 2 do not resolve the issue, please submit a support ticket to support@dooap.com.

    • Be sure to include the specific time when the error occurred and provide a brief description of the actions you took leading up to the error.

    • If the error occurs with a specific invoice, please provide the relevant invoice details.
