Invoice type change is possible forevery user
AP and Reviewers can freely change to all invoice types
Approvers cannot change from non DBA to DBA invoice types. When attempting such a change, the user will be shown an error message. In those cases, invoice should be returned to AP or the Reviewer
Fixes
Fix for Search index breaking when user deletes recurring invoices from Search
Fix for recurring invoice schedule not being updated correctly and therefore not executing accurately
