Lock PO line – a new feature that allows user to lock matched PO lines. When PO line is locked, Fetch lines button or automatching in Waiting for PR status will not overwrite quantity or price assigned to the line on the product receipt level, yet user can still make changes to it. Also adding new PO /PRs will not overwrite the locked quantities on the locked PR. Read more.
User can lock the whole PO line, at which point all the product receipts belonging to that line that are associated with the invoice will be locked as well.
User can lock quantities on specific PR. Works on 3WM and 2WM POs.
Apply all quantities still can remove quantities from locked line.
Locked line cannot be deleted until the lock is removed
