Error: "403 - This Web App is Stopped"

What does the error mean and how to resolve it?

 

Error 403

 

This error message shows up when the website can't connect to the server. The server is like the engine that makes the website work. If the website can't reach the server, it won't be able to load properly.

 

Resolution

 

  1. Check Dooap Status in https://status.dooap.net/.
    1. If there is an ongoing system downtime, please wait until the system is restored.
    2. If no downtime has been reported, try clearing your browser cache and logging in using incognito mode.
      1. If this doesn't resolve the issue, try logging in again after 10 minutes.
      2. If the problem persists, contact Dooap support at support@dooap.com.
