What indicates that an invoice has already been approved?
This article will explain what indicators how that an invoice has received its final approval.
Indicators of Approval
Two main indicators show that an invoice has received its final approval: the colour of the circle in workflow and invoice status.
Workflow
When invoices get the final approval, there will be a blue circle around the approver's name in the workflow displayed in the upper panel.
Status
The invoice status will change from 'In workflow' to 'Approved'.
If the status header field is not displayed, it can be exposed from the settings wheel.
