Not receiving e-mail notifications

User has invoices in approval queue, but doesn't receive e-mail notifications.

  1. Check your spam folder from email client.
  2. Check from your D365 admin that you have a correct email address added behind of your user account in D365 under user options.
  3. Ask your IT department to check firewall settings and email server settings.
  4. If these earlier steps didn't resolve the problem, send a ticket to support@dooap.com and add the following information to it
      1. User who's not receiving e-mail notifications
      2. Correct e-mail address of affected user.
      3. Have these users earlier received e-mail notifications?

 

Note: Email address from D365/ax2012 user options is used for reminders. It can differ from the sign-up email.
