Login failed (does not have an active subscription)

Trying to go Dooap login and it gives error about account doesn't have an active subscription.

Usually this error prompts when you trying to login to Dooap via browser which already have a Microsoft credentials stored into browser cache and browser trying to use those credentials for login into Dooap.

Try login into Dooap with using browser incognito / private mode, that way browser doesn't use credentials from cache and you are able to use Dooap login account.

Under this section have browser manufacturers own guides to use incognito / private mode for most common browsers.

 

 We prefer users to use incognito/private mode with Dooap.

 

You can add Dooap URL to your bookmarks and right clicking the bookmark gives you option to open link straight to incognito / private mode.
