      Dooap Image button not available in D365

      Check the following settings to troubleshoot if the Dooap Image button is not appearing in Dynamics.

      Dooap Image button not available

      1. Check that the user is assigned with D365 user role of 'Dooap'.
      2. Check that the user does not have "personalized views" that are hiding the button from view (AX2012). 

      Dooap Image button available but does not function

      This means that the configuration is missing or is not fully configured. Reach out to your admin and complete the setup.

      Navigate to D365 URL by adding the menu item 'DooapParameters' at the end of the URL. 

      Example: https://MyDynamicsURL.operations.dynamics.com/?cmp=usmf&mi=DooapParameters

      Fill in the correct address to the 'Internet address' for example ='https://dooapsaas02.azurewebsites.net/app/search?invoiceId='

      The bolded part is fixed but the beginning of the address address depends on the environment you're in, please refer to here.
